Does the 200W have the capability of displaying icons? I'v loaded a number of them with POI's but see nothing but the POI name.

Match the BMP name to the POI name

I am going to venture a guess - the BMP/Icon file name has to match the custom POI file name EXACTLY.
"My POI.csv"
"My POI.bmp"
This only works for user loaded custom POIs, not built in POIs.

And typically, you need to zoom in fairly closely to see them on the map screen.
