Driving Directions w/Traffic Receiver

I recently started using the Traffic Receiver for my Nuvi 650 and notice that I can no longer see a list of driving directions (when navigating) by pressing the lower right corner of the screen. (Just above that point is where the caution triangle appears when a slowdown is ahead in your route.) With the old lighter power adapter, I could press the lower right and each press would show the next turn on the list of turns. Does anyone know whether you can still see the list of driving directions anywhere when using the Traffic Receiver?

Thanks!

Tap the green bar

On most of the Nuvi's, you can tap the green bar across the top and it will also take you to the list of upcoming turns. Perhaps that method will work for you.

Lower right corner of the screen

Do a test .

When you press the right corner of the screen, is they still repeat the instruction by voice.

If yes, its working fine. Dont worry.
For your problem of getting all the direction one by one from the right corner as usual it's normal if you have an alert of congestion or other major one ahead. This function is build to give next navigating instructions but your GPS is now in a possibility of an avoid waiting progress.

He could give you at any time a next modify routing or detour. So this feature will be in a kind of standby mode except for voice repeat until the alert will be past. But in any situation you should be able to see and get the next turn indication but not the second and/or third one.

After that you will.

When you mentionned : With the old lighter power adapter. I am not sure what your are talking about but probably you mean the lighter adapter without TRAFIC BUILD IN receiver.

Have a nice and safe trip.

royy - Thanks for your input

No, it doesn't provide a voice listing of the upcoming turns. It does provide instruction at the actual turn, just not the remaining upcoming turns.

Makes sense

Traffic Receiver

How accurate is the traffic receiver?

Not sure how to answer that

It only reports what the traffic service puts out there. It's a national company whose name slips my mind at the moment, but has been talked about a lot in other threads. There can always be time lags between the beginning or the end of an incident and when it shows up on the service. But it seems to be pretty good so far. I just wish there was a way to include major surface streets, too. When the Nuvi routes me around a problem, it always puts me into the same route everyone else is using and it's often worse than staying on the expressway. But I'll renew the service once it expires.
