Nuvi 200, traffic cameras, .csv and icon questions

I've tried out the red light camera POI's and so far, the warnings are well in advance, and they work great. A huge benefit to mobile GPS. Since they don't differentiate a specific direction of approach in a 'hot' intersection, the alert goes off from any direction. Considerably better than nothing!
I'd like to change the beeps to a verbal warning, and change the tiny dot indicating the traffic camera to an icon.
I've determined that my Nuvi 200 isn't MP3 capable. Since the available sound clips ('traffic camera ahead') are in MP3, am I out of luck when it comes to a new audio warning?
Is there a way to convert the MP3 file to .csv, find the file that I want to replace in my Garmin folder, give the newly created .csv file a name identical to the traffic camera 'beep' that I want to replace and load it with the POI installer?
If this is possible, what is the name of the 'beep' file?
Also, how do I go about replacing the icon with a pre-select .bmp?
TIA.

bmp

Your Garmin units will associate a custom bmp with any csv or gpx file as long as they are in the same folder when you run poi-loader.

Example:
C:\My POI\TEST FILE
C:\My POI\TEST FILE\food.csv
C:\My POI\TEST FILE\food.bmp

Any location in the food.csv file will show the food.bmp. You will find all kinds of icons if you search on the icons page of this website.

Since the nuvi 200 does not support mp3, I do not know how to replace the ding. The ding is built in to alert for any custom poi.
