Yes, webupdater will update just about every language. When the screen comes up and says your unit is up to date, click on "Next" I believe it is, on the bottom. That will take you to the Update your text and language. Just check the ones you want to update.

Got a Nuvi 250W; and all it will do is tell me that it is up to date. Then exit!

I think if you have them all already in your Garmin it won't show you any. I never saw it either until I got my SD card and moved a bunch of voices out of the Garmin to free up room and put them on the SD card for safe keeping. Now when I run the updater I am told my software is up to date but then it also shows me a big list of voices I can download and add, basically all the ones I had removed previously.

Correct. They should already be on, but sometimes, there may be updates. Not sure how often, maybe once in a blue moon. It you are curious, just click on update, I guess.
