Where/what do I need to mount my C330 on my Harley Sportster? I know, I know, C330 is NOT waterproof and NOT recommended for bike use.

Motorcycle mounts
You may want to take a look-see at the RAM mounting system for your C330.

But you may want to also give Garmin Tech Support a call to see if they advise attaching a C330 to a motorcycle. Moisture and excessive vibration may invalidate your warranty.

What??? A Harley with vibration, hehehehehe!

My thumper vibrates a good bit. I carry the Legend/VistaCX around on it using the $20 garmin handlebar mount off amazon.
Some folks report fewer vibration-related power failures by taping batteries in place (on the handheld models).
You might want to make some kind of rubber/foam vibe-absorbing mount to ease the strain from that big v-twin.
US-only CoPilot + android Optimus T = cheap, effective nav http://www.mousetrap.net/mouse/gps/
What vibration?
Foam insulation on the mount. Great idea! Thanks.
Kidding aside, the V-twins DO have a "physical note" that is different and comforting (to those who sit atop one) that no other bike can duplicate.
