I'd seen this brought up often, so I decided to start it and see how it went.

Josh Moran; Wonderful Garmin CSR- very polite, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Requested his supervisors email and sent him a letter to let him know how appreciative I'm that he has guys like this on his team.
