Map of Sonora Mexico

I travel to Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point), Sonora Mexico and have not found any electonic maps of this area for my Garmin Nuvi 680. Does anyone know if there are maps of this area available and compatible with Garmin? I have searched in vain. Thanks.

The references provided by MM are very good, especially the MexicoGPSAtlas, which I have.

You can order a specific area map or the complete map for a small add'l fee. Additional unlock codes are available at $35 for an area/$55 for the atlas.
I use MapSource for the poi's and MapInstall to load the SD card - the Atlas map takes about 256mb on the SD card.

I'll post some Puerto Penasco poi's soon.

I sent Puerto Penasco and the Mayan Resort poi's via email (admin will forward).

Please check them out - my source was resort maps and Google Earth. I would appreciate feedback on the accuracy/currency of restaurant locations, etc.

Well I contacted Mark and discovered that the GPS map does not include street level data for Cholla Bay, where my lodgings are, so I haven't decided yet whether to spend the 90 bucks on a digital map of Puerto Penasco.

I am glad Mark was candid with you as to the specifics of Cholla Bay. The area to the south of Puerto Penasco is not detailed either.
