c550 sd card

I'm currently using a 1gb card in my c550. I haven't filled it with mp3's, and doubt I will. You can get a lot of data on 1gb - as far as customized POIs are concerned, which is my primary use of the sd card.
It's really up to you and what you want to use the card for, and how willing you might be (or not) to swap out cards etc. I've heard that the 2gb cards work fine, and there has been discussion questioning 4gb cards in general. Best Buy recently had a 3pack of 1gb cards on sale for 49.99 that's why I'm using 1gb.
I recently put 17 cd's worth of mp3's on a 2gb mp3 player (128bit) that I listen to at work, and still have 707 mb left. If that helps you to figure out how much room you might need. It's my opinion, the more stuff you have on the card that you don't really need may have you waiting a few more seconds for the stuff you really want to get loaded. Some people are just too impatient.
