POI Download ?

I have found a POI file on here that I would like to download but I am given 4 options on what type to download. I am not sure which on to download. can some one help?
here is an example...
GPX - with Garmin extension (phone dial support)
Garmin CSV - regular line breaks
Garmin CSV - nuvi 350/360 line breaks
Garmin CSV - no line breaks (easier to import)
by the way I have a Nuvi 200w

I think that the 2nd option would work best for you.

I think only the nuvi 350/60 need the special line break, but again I could be wrong.

yes, I agree with asianfire.
Option 2 should do fine for Nuvi 200.
