Can some one download a better voice with TTS for Nuvi760? The quality of sound for TTS voices in the unit is so bad, not like the standard American English one.

More Voices
The Unit should have come with all the voices that will work for your 760. I haven't noticed any sound quality differences between TTS and non-TTS voices.
You can somewhat modify the TTS voices with a hex editor, (search for strings on Modifying TTS voice files). You can change the voice volume. If that helps. To find any voice files that you don't have use Garmin's Webupdater and all available voices will be shown.

First of all, can you please elaborate on what you feel is bad? The volume, the clarity, etc.
Second, you may already be aware of this, but the non tts files are basically recordings, so they are going to be much crisper and clear. As a tts file pronounces the words on the fly and it has to figure out what the pronouncation of the word is. So it sometimes sound like a robot.
