okay so the poi i created, under the info for 4th slot i put the address and phone number but most of them info turns out like this

1234 Poi Factory
Outspace, Las Vegas (555)
555-5555

how can i make it like this

i created it in excel.

My C530, I just did alt+enter, for the nuvi, I usually go into notepad (but excel will work as well) and add "< br >" (no spaces between the < and the br

And that is dangerous. LoL ALT-ENTER I believe is what you are looking for. I use OpenOffice and it's CTRL-ENTER.

Please use no spaces between the <,br, and >.

Do a search for nuvi 350 linebreaks and you'll find what you're looking for. We discovered way back in the beginning of 2007 that nuvi 350 and 360 do not display standard linebreaks correctly. You need to replace standard linebreaks with <br> (exactly like this). That was the orginal reason for creating POI Verifier. It will automatically replace all standard linebreaks in field 4 with <br>.

This is how it should be done:
