The first thing you need to do is download the poi loader at http://www8.garmin.com/products/poiloader/ this will allow you to load the poi files from this site.Go to the FAQ at the top of this page and read all the info for loading the poi files and then follow up on forum with questions you may have.Lots of members will go out of their way to help.

Don't feel too overwhelmed, we all were in your shoes at one time.

Explore: The best thing you can do is become familiar with your gps receiver (gpsr). Explore, press what might look pressable.

Read: Read the "getting started" and "faq" areas of this site as well as using the search feature for specific questions.

Experiment: Try creating a small poi file, you'll learn about them in your reading. You'll also learn how to move the file from your computer to the gpsr.

Once you've done that and still have a problem by all means ask your questions. There are plenty of people here willing to help.

Isuggest you go to the garmin site( garmin.com) hit support and manuals.find the manual for your c330 and down load it. READ the manual. It is a great way to start out. Read the faqs on this site and try things out. you will have fun and at the same time you'll familiarize yourself with your gps . Be careful this stuff is addicting!! Good luck.
