For the GPS/gun people...

If anyone has a Kel Tec P32 or P3AT pistol, the useless nylon zippered case that comes with them has found a new use! It fits widescreen Nüvis perfectly! You can order them direct from Kel Tec and they are very inexpensive. And, if you want to look über dorky, the case has a belt loop, too. smile

Bump...

No one thinks this is a good idea? I figured there'd be a lot of gun owners here as GPS = outside = adventure, hunting, etc and "those types" of oriented GPS users.

You could just call Kel Tec

You could just call Kel Tec direct and order it.

And, no, you can't carry that Sig in your pocket. wink

other cases.

Give people a chance to respond, it is a holiday weekend. I use a bag from an old laptop recharging unit, holds the GPS, the USB cable and the car charger.

Well, duh...

sig

I am also a sig person (229) but I would think it may be a bad idea to carry our nuvi's in a holster. Just for the reason it may put others at a discomfort. People tend to be nervous when they see a holster because that means gun. If you like the nylon look many police/military supply sites offer many different types of bags that would work well with our machines.

It's not a holster. It's a zippered case...like something you'd put a calculator on. It does have "Kel Tec" stitched on the side, but I've heard of people coloring it out with a laundry marker.

Not that many people even know what Kel Tec is... The "Tec" makes it sound like a computer or electronics company.

Besides, I open carry all the time because it's legal here and I really don't care about scaring the soccer moms, er, sheeple...

LOL! Sorry I mis understood and thought it was a holster. A bag would be good and "Kal Tec" could mean many things for those not in the know.

Yeah, it's sad that so many people think that only cops and criminals have guns.

I thought about using the KelTec pouch but I prefer this one.
