I checked the price at the warehouse and it's at $499. There might be a coupon like the one for the 650 though.

Brand does not matter, and yes, you can load it with MP3s. MP4 or any other format will not work.

I have found the prices for GPS units at Costco.com to be very good. Plus a great return policy.

But if you see one you like... GRAB IT !

It's there one day and gone the next when they sell out.

All i saw online was the nuvi 250 NOT the 650

It was there, cause I went and looked at it! Now they've changed the web site and show the 250W. I think they realized the err of their way, and made a quick correction! No way you'd get a 650 for that price!

I ordered one before it was sold out.

I did speak with Costco.com customer service and she told me that the response was so good that they just sold out in 1 day.

I notice that Costco.com has relisted the Nuvi 650 but there is no price...interesting. It states it won't be available until the 18th of November, which was the original date that it was to be available but it was listed early and sold out in one day. Hopefully, it will sell for the same price as the other day.

i got mine just a few days ago. took only 3 days for the item to ship. it was worth upgrading the shipping from the standard rate to express for only a few more dollars.

Not to highjack this thread but Why is the Nuvi 750 a hundred dollars cheaper than the 660. in Best Buys ad?

It doesn't have bluetooth, thus, no hands free calling. The 660 does.

Deal is much better at TVNAV.com. No tax, and cheap shipping (I got mine there for $463 delivered - but they have gone up to $497). $75.00 gift card just makes you spend $100.00.

The 660 is coming with bluetooth, leather carrying case, AC charger and FM traffic receiver; the 750 does not, so it seems the 660 is giving a bigger bang for ours hard earned bucks.

It is still available at the $299.99 price!!! Prices good until 11/26 or until sold out.

All week it has been saying not available until the 18th.. I just ordered one..I keep hearing how they are so much better than the Street Pilots, I will see. Was a little bummed that they charged 15 more for not being a member..

I ordered the 250w from Costco back in September for 299. Then I got the e-mail for Costco's "Thanksgiving Week Savings," which had the Garmin 650 for 299. So I returned the 250w and jumped on the 650. Nice upgrade for no more money, since Costco refunds shipping as well! Got cash in hand, deposited to the bank, and ordered online. I know the price was only good through Thanksgiving weekend.

We will see how I like the 650, as it just arrived today, but I know having the street names spoken and the power cable connecting to the mount rather than the actual device are a lot nicer now. Can't imagine I won't be happy with my "free" upgrade.

I just ordered another one for my parents who get lost all the time. The website says shipping in 2 weeks! that kinda sucks. How long did other people have to wait for theirs to show up?

Just saw this last night...That is an Increadable deal. And Free Shipping...I wonder why they are Selling this unit so much cheaper...that is Nuvi 250W price for the 650, and Mine came with the New Maps installed..

as an early Christmas gift from Costco.com, so far so good.

Look at it this way... I pay $50 a year memebership and if I found out you got it for the same price as I did after paying the $50, I'd be bummed even more than you were.

After 2 years with an i3, I upgraded to the 650 for Xmas - it arrived today and it is an exceptional piece of technology.

Got it at costco for 299+tax+shipping about 330 bucks.

My only disappointment so far is that it looks like a custom route (for riding my motorcycle) is not currently possible - a future upgrade? dunno.

I waited 2 years for the price of GPS to drop. Just bought a 650 from somebody in craigslist for $350, two weeks before I found out the Costco deal.

I gave each of my daughters this 650 from Costco for Christmas and they LOVE them.
I loved it too, so I just ordered one for me and put my C340 on ebay.

I was hoping for bluetooth compatibility, but I have an earpiece that works just fine.

My daughter is going to Europe so I called Garmin - got right through, they said all the preloaded European maps are the units with 70 in the number.

I might take a ride to Costco and trade her 650 for the 670 if it's not too much more.

Got one 650 for my son-in-law and got one for my son. Both were thrilled to get them. My son is looking at getting european add-on maps.

It's probably cheaper to look for the 670 with both
North America & Europe preloaded rather than buying the Europe map as an add on. 670 also comes with the FM transmiotter and bluetooth.

My daughter plugged her 650 into the auxillary outlet in her Nissan Altima, and put the mp3 player on. As she was listening to the music, the mp3 player stopped and over her car speakers came the voice of Jill giving her directions, then it went back to her music.

She was pretty surprised at how cool it worked and sounded over her stereo system.

I just played with mine and just a reminder on the transfering of music to the Garmin,or the card, it only plays MP3 files, I invertently put a wma file on my card and it didnt reconize it.
