Convert JPEG files to CRF files

I would like to know if it is possible to convert JPEG to CRF files so that I can make a pic of my Truck as the vehicle on my map. I have a Garmin nuvi 250w

You can do it, but it's a lot of work and you need 72 images of your vehicle.

Gosh, is it worth all that time and effort? I use the blue triangle, cause it takes up less space then any other.

Thanks for all the quick replies, but it is not worth all that time and effort, of which I never seem to have.
