Garmin Case ??? (for c530)

Hey Guys,
I am travelling out of the country in a few weeks,and was hoping to find a good travel case to protect my Garmin C 530. I am carrying it in my carry on but with all the inspections and rough conditions I wanted a good hard case to protect my unit. Any help you guys could lend would be great. Thanks in advance. DC

Sorry, couldn't find this one on Garmin.

It will carry your unit, plus the charger, mount, and other items all in one case. It isn't a hard case, but you can pack it in there fairly tightly to protect it.

I have one that works great

I have one that works great with the nuvi, I believe it is originally for the treo or smartphone. I can even be a dork and put it on my belt with my other two zillion things.

I use a small camcorder bag for my C580 and got it at Walmart pretty cheap. My i3 uses a small camera bag. The "bag" my C580 shipped with is a joke.

Case for Garmin c530

I have a padded camera case but takes up a lot of room in my backpack so I just put the unit in a sock and pack the rest in my check on bag. Yea I know I got big feet.
You are right to carry it on. The bagage people are a bunch of thugs and thiefs.

yes it does, but many want

yes it does, but many want on that can provide more protection or in my case, be able to put on my belt. But for a case that is included in the price, it isn't a bad case.

Case Issue Solved

Hey Guys,
Got back from my trip, and the GPS worked great!! I was in a carribean island, and it made my vacation so much better due to the fact I never got lost, and the arrival times saved me alot of time in calculating how long it would take to get places. Any who, I found that a scuba mask case I had worked excellent. I put on the garmin supplied case, and then placed it inside the scuba mask case and travelled with it in the case. it worked perfect and did not cost me an extra dime. Thanks for the pointer, and hope someone can use my idea as well. DC
