Downloading sounds

Hi,
Just getting started with my Garmin Nuvi. This web site is really neat with all the tools for users in addition to providing a unique and helpful community forum.
I'm having a problem downloading the sounds. For example when I click the .mp3 sound attachment for the specific sound file all it does is load the player so I can listen to it, but there is no way I can save it on my hard drive.
How do I get the file to populate on my screen so I can save it as a file?

Right click instead left clicking. Then select the save function from the context menu that comes up.
Right-click
Right-click on the file, then select 'Save as...'.

What do ya think about adding the "Right click and "save as" instruction after the existing
