how wuold i be able to update the US map in my Garmin 330?

i read some of the forums indicating that they called the Garmin Tech support for that matter. Now do you guys suggest that i should place a call as well to the tech support or i can go to their website for that purpose.

What version of the maps are installed on it right now?

less than a month, and i couldnt tell you what version of the maps are installed, or if there is an approach finding would be apperciated if you lay down for me.

ya i found it out its City
ya i found it out its City Navigator North America NT V8. Now i went to Garmin website and found out that im eligible for an upgrade and that they give me an unlock code, but didnt have a clue on how would i be able to download that 2008 Map on my computer from their website and then on my Garmin Unit. Any clues!

The map upgrade is on a DVD. You can't download from the website. You need to order from Garmin.
