Personalizing the Garmin 660 Main Screen ???

Is there a method of altering the main screen of the Garmin Nuvi 660? Is it possible to remove the music / media symbol from the main screen? The quality of MP3 playback and audio-book reading is substandard, in my humble opinion. Any ideas as to how to remove it, if possible? I couldn't find anything about it in the full user manual.
