Garmin City Navigator NT North America V7 (DVD)

Hello

I was wondering if an older version of the City Navigator NT North America V7 (DVD)can be sold to someone else providing you have the unlock code for it.

I was going to bid on this version for my Garmin 76CSX but for some reason the person pulled it from the Ebay Auction. They where selling a new original with an unlock code.

I plan to update my maps every two years as this is what Garmin Techs recommend. Are there any ideas or options on this? I would like to install the V7 on my Garmin Handheld unit.
