Shared POIs how do you download / Upload them?

Hos does one go about getting these shared POIs? I assume members can post their POI files and download other POI files hence the name of this Fourm being
"Sharing POI locations".

If you're logged in, you can upload CSV files to share with others by clicking on "upload and share a CSV file" in the right column. Right now, you need to build the file on your computer using Notepad, Excel, Google Earth or similar program.
In January, we'll also have a database tool that lets you enter locations via a web page.
Files that have been uploaded will show up under the "POI files" menu (in the upper left corner of the page).
