Late again this week.

Late again this week.

all

3 pro sports teams lost yesterday.

At times I wonder, why do we care? Should we feel "terrible" I mean financially these folks are professionals and often earn 30+ million per year and contracts are now approaching 1 billion. Their salaries have outpaced inflation, whereas chances are yours and mine, have not.

We think an ordinary car costing $100k is nuts, well, I do, but being a pro athlete that would not be a problem.

The pattern I notice is it's non stop talk every day leading up to elimination. Then, crickets. There

1. Won't be anyone in the office today despite RTO
2. If there were, there'd be no mention of our teams

I have to just take things with a grain of salt and just laugh, to keep life funny and enjoyable

the end lol

Hey, I get to leave 4 hours early today (it's friday) for hockey practice. That's a really positive thing. At my hourly rate it's a lot, more than the payment on a 100k car. So look at the bright side. There will always be one, seriously.

Friday

Have a great weekend!

Friday

60 winds at 5 rains today and tomorrow.

saw

the price of toilet paper drop on amazon so ordered a case.

I do this to myself every time.

(We've been getting amazon ever since the pandemic, it is SIGNIFICANTLY CHEAPER than Costco, I'd have to redo the math but it was $36 on Friday, pre pandemic pricing, to about $50, using Costco's unit price).

It's the equivalent of Cottonelle or Quilted Northern, don't let the word "commercial" scare you.

Wouldn't you know when the delivery date shows up, it's Monday, when we expect a ton of rain?

Luckily, it came early, and although raining, was able to take it from the UPS driver....
