getting braces today.

I remember my parents telling me you don't need them, it's purely cosmetic. Even though in that case insurance would pay 50%. So I got them in grade 10! Had them so long, I asked one of the hygienists out on a date. For whatever reason, in my time, they tended to be very attractive, as did hair stylists. We went on a date to Madison Sq Garden and it lasted like 10 hours, I was in awe of her, an older woman, 23!

To contrast, my son is 5th grade, and I could care less what it costs. He's a good kid and I'm happy he's gonna have straight teeth. Flash forward to 2025, so is my mom.

It is always interesting to me how grandparents look at their kids and their grandkids differently. normal. The end lol
