Garmin Express- Unable to launch after successful install

If you're on Windows and "successfully" installed Garmin Express but nothing happened when you tried to open it, refer to this post:

Garmin Express is dependent on an updated C++ 32 bit (x86) even if you're on 64 bit Windows.
Windows update was not updating my 32 bit C++. It was last updated to 2019. Possibly because I'm on a 64 bit.
Everything else on the internet did not work to resolve this. After almost a year, I finally found this post.

Looks like Garmin Express on Windows only runs 32bit.
My computer has C++ 2015
My computer has C++ 2015 (x64) and C++ 2015-2019 (x86), No problems.
Are you running the latest
Are you running the latest version of Garmin Express or an older one? All I can tell you is that once I updated the 32-bit C++ from 2019 to 2022, everything worked. It wasn't working for almost a year and didn't realize that the 32-bit C++ was not being updated in Windows Update.
