Garmin DriveSmart 65 With Amazon Alexa

I noticed an issue with my Garmin DriveSmart 65 With Amazon Alexa this past Sunday. I was using it to plan a route to a bike shop. When I back to my vehicle a matter of minutes later, all of my Saved POIs had vanished. The Recently Found locations contained a mix of a few places that I had traveled to, but many locations that I had never knowingly saved!
On on of my trips somewhat more recently, it didn't offer the ability to add an additional location. However, the next trip that feature has returned! I may reach out to Garmin and see what my options are for this device. IT is long out of warranty, but Garmin seems to make concessions for out-of-warranty devices in some cases.
Has anybody here noticed similar behavior with any of their Garmins?
Mine likes to spontaneously
Mine likes to spontaneously reboot at random times. I'm fortunate I didn't lose my POIs, but the spontaneous reboots culminated in my purchasing a DriveSmart 76 to replace it.
