So 'no mow may' for the bees is over, and I went in the tractor to cut hay
was going to cut grass, but I got hay damn :: rain and everything was a perfect storm of grass growth
never had to stop mid cut before, today twice to sharpen blades
but the hives are way ahead of where they usually are
got a bunch of solitary bees too

Just cleaned out her closet and gave away a ton of really nice gently used clothing from when she worked in the corporate world.

"I'll never go back, so someone else may as well use it," were her words.

I wish I had time to do the same, as our house is not big (I'm in the office 4/5 days and commuting 1 hour each way [13 miles]), only so many hours in a day, is what I tell myself.

I have sooo much crap that needs to be cleared out. The wife and I discuss it at length. We make a little progress and then I open another can of worms and find another stash of useless junk (mostly my useless Junk!)

I found an old propane gas single burner thermostatically controlled device on the shelf in the garage. I'm sure I "acquired" it from my Dad. It has been gathering dust for 20+ years - why in hades did I still have it? - Recycle bin you go!

We need to clean the stuff out so the kids don't have to rent a dumpster when we are gone!!!!

was accurate. We've have triple digit temps this week. Simply too hot to do anything to the rig. Hard to get motivated to even take the morning walk!

Need to move our windmill so they can level out the yard and put sod down.

I saw Yes a few years ago, and the fellow they had singing lead was as good as Jon Anderson was. It was amazing. No idea how or where they found him, but he is an ace.

Mt Laurel, NJ. Amazing that anywhere in this area could have no verizon cell coverage (or bad/not usable).

Just passed away last night after I got home from a road trip. Tough times but part of life. Staying focused is the challenge for me now.

It's been fairly hot here lately. Last week it was over 100° every day. Wednesday it was 105° but we left early in the day and drove up to the redwoods and camped. The weather there was beautiful. We actually wore long pants and, in the evenings, we wore sweatshirts and had nice campfires. Sooooooooooooo much nicer than sleeping through the 85° nights. (We never run the AC at night. We just open the windows.)

It's chilling in Toronto!
