I am forwarding 2 CSV files: All Airports Data May2024.csv and All Runway Data May2024.csv.
You can post these files if you think any of your members might be interested in them.
All information was extracted from the Airport Data and Information site file Published 5010, all-airport-data.xlsx.
NOTE: This information is NOT for navigational use.
Both files have a listing within Column C [LocID] which designation is unique to each airport; therefore, it is best to use this designation for any airport search in Column C. Each has ()'s before and after the designation such as (LocID CEF). This ID is for Westover AFB in Chicopee, MA. Be sure to use the ()'s so names within Column C that contain cef will not be brought up as part of the search.
In All Airporrts Data May2024.csv: Column A = Longitude; Column B = Latitude; Column C = LocID, Airport name, SiteID, and Airport Type; Column D = Address, City State Zip, Phone, Elevation,Sectional Chart name, frequencies for Unicom and CTAF, Magnetic variation of facility, and I append the Longitude and Latitude at the end so it is viewable as information on my Garmin GPS.
In All Runways Data May2024.csv: Columna A = Longitude; Column B= Latitude; Column C = LocID and Airport name; Column D = Runway ID, Runway Length, Runway width, Runway Surface, and again I append the Longitude and Latitude.
The Letters listed within the SiteID are: A = Airport; B = Balloonport; C = Seapane Base; G = Gliderport; H = Heliport; and U = Ultralight.
