As of about a hour ago, GE version 7.20.1 for Windows available

It should be noted that Garmin users into watches and fitness devices were having issues with version 7.20.0. Few if any problems with navigation devices have been reported here or at the Garmin forum.

Garmin Express v7.20.1 is available for Windows. If you would like to update to the latest version, please visit “About” within the Settings of the Express application and select “Check for Updates to Express.” This version includes the following changes:

Resolved an issue with voucher codes returning as invalid when redeemed.
Resolved an issue with sync failures occurring for the vivofit 4.
