POI Loader

I have a Garmin DriveSmart 65 now and I would like to download my first POI- the KFC locations in USA and Canada.

I understand I will need to download POI Loader to the computer. Will this software work on a Mac?

Yes, just choose the Mac version rather than the Windows one:

One advantage the Mac folks have is that sox.exe is not needed when installing custom wav audio alert files.

Once you've successfully installed custom POI files to your Garmin Device, you can look to also installing a custom icon for each POI file and also to install custom alert audio files for those files that you'd like to hear a custom message. But start with the basic POI Loader, some custom POI files downloaded from here at the Factory, and see how they work on your device.
