Just wanted to let everyone know I touched base with Mary today.

She wanted me to let everyone know she's doing ok, depressed, which can be expected.

She's being monitored by her physician, and her children and grandchildren are taking turns staying with her.

She hasn't felt up to reading lately, but starting to check in here is on her list of progress goals.

She appreciates everyone's support.

I was thinking about her the other day and was wondering how she was doing. It’s nice to know that her family is taking care of her during this most difficult time in her life. She’s blessed to have such a family. There are some people that do not have that family support for one reason or another. I observed this when I was working for Meals on Wheels a few years ago. It’s sad but it’s true!
