Garmin Zumo XT Display Went Dead & Powered Up With A Long Press

I have a Garmin Zumo XT. I look at Zumo User Forums from time to time and I was aware that some Zumo XT owners have had their GPS appear to not power us even when connected to a power cord for an extended period of time.
It happened to me today. I left it connected to a 10 amp power supply with a Garmin cord for hours and it still would not power up.
So, I just happened to do a search on Zumo User Forums and someone mentioned that it "...required a longer then normal press for it to start up but it started like a wake-up, not a cold boot..." I tried that and it worked for me.
I have never had that happen with any other Garmins I have used. However, if anybody else here have an issue powering their Garmin up, you may want to try a longer than normal press to get it started.
Historically
you've had some issues with that Zumo, some of which may be related. As a reminder, see http://www.poi-factory.com/node/53606 for some issues you had a month ago.
