POI Loader not working in Win 11

Just got a new laptop running Windows 11. Having a problem with POI Loader in "manual" mode. I am using the same CSV file with the exact same name for the WAV file that I have used with no problems on other Windows versions. However, with Win 11, the POI Loader comes up with an error message using "manual" mode. It does not load any of the WAV files. I am running POI Loader version 273 which has always worked on every other computer that I have used it with. Any help to resolve the issue would be appreciated. Thank you.
install sox.exe
Install sox.exe on the new computer.

My senior moment - I knew what to do, but couldn't remember how to do it! A Google search of the POI Factory site found the answer.
