Well, this hasn't been a typical week at POI Factory. Miss poi celebrated her birthday and then had to make an unplanned trip to Portland for a family emergency.
Normally she is the person who reviews the nominations, looks at participation over the last week and decides who to recognize, but today she is on the road and it's up to me.
By popular demand and because she truly deserves to be recognized at least once, I am giving this week's contributor award to Miss poi.
I wish you a safe journey as you travel home today, and we look forward to your return.

Congrats to Miss POI...who is more than deserving of this distinction every week. To JM, we thank you as well... for what you do behind the scene, as well as take care of your family and being so supportive of your wife, and this endeavor (POI Factory). Not an easy balancing act!

I echo everyone's choice. Miss POI does deserve the recognition for keeping this site an informative yet friendly site. Occasionally, there were some "macho" ones. But very soon, they found out this site is not for them. This is a community where contributors want to share their knowledge and takers want to express their appreciation and gratitude. This is why I keep coming back. I'm a taker and I want to thank every contributor.

This site is NOT like any of the other sites that are out therer.. It seems that every member here counts.. not just your friends and such.. I have not seen a place like this in a very long time and Love being a part of it.. both, JM and Miss POI, PLEASE keep up the great work..
