FYI – Had a problem with NA2022.25. I have the RV760LMT with a 32GB micro-SD card and tried the update. Got an error half way through the update. Updated again and completed without an error. Turned on the GPS and everything came up except that the GPS did not see NA2022.25 yet it loaded correctly into the GPS and onto my desktop w/Windows 10. Each time I tried loading, Garmin Express indicated that it had loaded correctly.
Contacted Garmin Customer Service and they made some suggestions. Followed their instructions twice and nothing changed. I had some older maps on the SD card and the GPS was able to see them. I removed 2022.25 from Base Camp and used the MapInstall to load NA20022.2 onto the SD card and all went well.
The RV760LMT is now working fine. I don’t know if there is a problem with NA2022.25, software/firmware or my GPS.
I will contact Garmin and let them know what I found.
Perhaps format the card
I believe I saw some content here a few days ago where someone was having issues with the update. He ultimately formatted the card and it with smoothly. So if you have a spare card, or nothing of value is on the existing card, perhaps format it and try another update.
