Downloaded on my IPhone 12. Took about 10-12 minutes. Everything seemed to go okay.
15.0 has only been out for a few days.
This would seem to confirm the rumor that 15.0 was still in beta when it was released.

Went well, but did remove some of the icons on the home page.
Get a new update, they tweak it a few days later. I have just decided to put up with it.
