Can someone tell me how to delete custom POIs from Garmin 2797LM
run pOI Loader
Run POI Loader and choose "Remove all previously installed custom POIs."

Removing POI files
As dobs108 said use POI loader. But you cannot just remove ONE poi file, all POI's will be removed.Then you need to re-install the ones you really want.

If you've installed files separately with different names, which is what I do, just open the POI folder and delete the relevant file or files.

Thank you, its been a few years since I did this and its now starting to come back to me.
POI files
I said that because I lump all my desired POI's into one file since they total up to over 100 different POI's and then let POI loader add it to my Garmin. They all show up individually on my Garmin.
Nuvi 2797LMT, DriveSmart 50 LMT-HD, Using Windows 10. DashCam A108C with GPS.
Another problem
I made a folder on my desktop then went to POI loader and removed them from my gps but I cant find them anywhere, I have no idea where they went ?
Look in the Garmin folder.
Look in the Garmin folder. POI loader usually makes it folder. Also, open POI loader and go to the second screen. The path to the POI files is there.
Failing that, do a file search for *.gpi. .gpi files are the POI files POI Loader crcates.
