POI loader question

I've been using POI loader for quite some time and today when I was trying to update my RLC and Speed camera POI I got an error message that POI loader could not convert the correct.wav files for RLC and SC.
Never had that happen before. Any idea what's wrong

It appears I have bigger problems still
Let me start by saying the Garmin Express has NO SOFTWARE updates for my SmartDrive 50.
POI loader at first cannot find the device but then it does but I get a message that there was a problem communicating with the device. Please update the software in the device. Communicating with the device may continue with reduced functionality. Please contact Garmin customer assistance.
Also POI loader says it is transferring the RL and SC poi to the GPS but then tells me the files are already there so should they be overwritten. I COMPLETELY removed those files from the POI folder in the SmartDrive 50, the folder is totally empty!
EDIT: I did a search on the GPS and this is what I found. I now have 2 POI folders. An older one that contained my custom POI's and for some reason Garmin decide to create a 2nd fold, this one in the Garmin folder.
