Large JCV File Download Link for 2022.20 Map

Unlike the last Large JCV File update that included four JCV files of varying size, the newest Garmin 2022.20 JCV update has been reduced to two files, D3060360A.jcv (850,465KB) and D1279440A.jcv (820,976 KB). The total JCV file size was reduced from 2.54GB on the last update to 1.59 GB on the current update.

The D3060350A.jcv file from the last update was sequentially named D3060360A.jcv for the current update as might be expected. D1279430A.jcv from the last update has been sequentially named D1279440A.jcv on the current update. The former JCV files D2334380A.jcv and D2335380A.jcv were not updated and are not included in the current download.

The file download is a zipped file using WinRAR due to the file size.

Thank you so much for uploading the large jcv file for us who still need it. We greatly appreciate it. Thanks for the info on comparing the new file to the last one which was huge.

So what is what here? The last time like you said we had four files of different sizes, and there was some explanation on what each file did. Now we have two files more or less the same size. On this latest update i now have a D3191380A.jcv @ 498,872 KB.
Putting both those large files onto my drivesmart seems a bit harsh. Which one do we choose? Eeny, meeny, miny, moe rolleyes

Since you own the Drivesmart, I don't know whether The Large JCV File would be compatible with your GPS. You might want to first read CraigW's very informative thread, "What is the large Junction View file for Garmin On The Road devices and do I need or want it?" that can be found here: http://www.poi-factory.com/node/45292
