I know what you mean. We only go to Dallas for medical but I have found a way from our house to avoid traffic to the medical facility we go to.
Fort Worth isn't as bad but I guess it's because I have lived in the area all my life.
We live in a small town that didn't have a red light when we moved here but now there is so much traffic and about 7 red lights. If we were younger we would move further out but getting old and don't need to be too far from things.

I have a friend that lives in Lindale, (NE corner of Dallas), and I came there from the NW. I made the mistake of trying to come in via I35 with all the construction and afternoon traffic. Never again!

The missus and I went to Stonegate Winery, a winery in Madison, Ohio, that we hadn't been to in a fairly long time. Good wine and food.

camping

Taking my little girl camping

To McDonals's

Well I can't complain to anyone because I don't want to get near people so I will complain here.
McDonald's is my favorite fast food.
The one in Azle, Texas has always been good till now.
The last few times we went the bun was very dry.
This last trip we ordered another size burger and the bun was just as bad. The worst thing is they always have great cookies. Well, not this time.
The cookies they sold us had to be from Walmart or a grocery. They were not McDonald's cookies. Don't know what is happening to the Azle Texas McDonald's but we will not be going there for a while until the get their act together.
Just wanted to complain to someone..smile
Sorry about this but just had to be said.

Maybe our next trip will take us by McDonald's in Huntsville, Texas.
There buns were fresh and good.

It is always disappointing when a business you depend on lets you down. McDonalds does have a feedback page for complaints on their company web site. I suggest you let them know about your bad experience and I bet they will at a minimum follow up with your local store shift manager. Make sure you tell them the date and time for your experience so they can trace it back to the shift manager on duty.
