Do you have a manual for your C550 it will tell you what to do if not i Have all the Garmin Manuals in PDF Files you will need acrobat reader to open them

I'm guessing you mean an mp3 sound attached to a specific poi.
Ensure that the mp3 file name is the same as the poi file name. For example:
RedLight.csv
RedLight.mp3
The following won't work
RedLight.csv
Redlight.mp3
File names have to be exact. Also check for double extensions. such as Redlight.mp3.mp3 or Redlight.csv.csv

Go to the SOUNDS tab at the top right hand side of this page and click on it; then scroll all the way down to the bottom of the SOUNDS page and you will find a FAQ (thanks to MotorcycleMama) on how to load MP3's on to your GPSr.
