How to upload two file formats for a POI file

How do you get the POI Factory website to display both a submitted .CSV version and a .GPX version of the same POI file?

I know *how* to generate both a .CSV and a .GPX file for the same POI file I'm maintaining. (And for new POI creators who are trying to figure that problem out, see this suggestion below*.)

Somehow I did it correctly with my first version of the Drury Inns - Pear Tree Inns POI (http://www.poi-factory.com/node/13670), and both my submitted .CSV and .GPX versions were displayed until my update. But in submitting an updated version, we've played ping pong such that when I submit one file format the other one gets knocked offline. Part of what's confusing me is there doesn't seem to be a way to browse to and upload more than one file simultaneously. Do POI maintainers just make two submissions bang-bang and hope for the best? Do I need to resubmit the format they're showing with the one they're not? I see there's an FAQ sort-of addressing this, but it didn't get me there.

An email to POI Factory asking for help a few days ago has gone unanswered.

*How to generate both .CSV and .GPX file formats for the same POI file: One relatively easy way among many: use Microsoft Excel to create and save a POI file in .CSV format. Then download the free Windows app or software program, Extra POI Editor, linked from here: http://www.poi-factory.com/node/38068. Install that, and in it, click File > Open > browse to your saved .CSV file, and then File > Save As to save the .CSV file also in .GPX format. Another way is to just create the POI file within Extra POI Editor and save it in each format, but I like working with Excel to start. YMMV.

The answer: just upload a .GPX file

Angela responded by email for POI Factory. Only the .GPX version of a POI file needs to be uploaded to POI Factory, and a .CSV version will automatically be displayed. However you can only see the download button for *both* versions if you first log in to the website. I was only seeing a display of the .GPX file because I wasn't logged in to POI Factory. My bad. Thanks Angela
