I have the option of selecting a 'new' Garmin from my Credit Card's Rewards program.
Garmin DriveAssist 51 LMT-S <-- my pick so far
Garmin Drive 61 LMT-S
Garmin DriveSmart 65 & Traffic
Garmin Drive 52
Looking for Pros and Cons on these 4 Garmin's and I'm in Canada
I was looking at the DriveAssist 51 LMT-S but bought the Drivesmart 55 & Traffic instead. Newer unit and works great with the BC-40 backup camera. I prefer a smaller GPS over the larger 6" ones.
My credit card allows me to apply the rewards to the card balance and very often this is the best deal. You can shop around for what you want and at often a better price. When you take "goods" as a reward, the value is based on list price.
See https://www.gpscentral.ca/products.htm for a selection of what may be available.
I have a DriveSmart 61 LMT-S and I love it. I love the larger screen, makes things easier for my aging eyes to see, and it's very feature rich.
From your list I'd go with the DriveSmart 65. Does it have lifetime maps?
As John From PA said, some cards allow you to apply your reward points to your card balance. I have found the products offered on the credit card rewards program to be way overpriced. It is something worth looking into. You may be better off buying your GPS model of choice and charging it to your card, then use the reward points against the card balance. You can find the DriveSmart 65 online for about $200. Compare the reward points the card company is charging for the DS65 to the number of points required to credit your balance by $200.
Of course if your card doesn't allow reward points to be applied to credit on your balance, then this doesn't apply.
"Rewards" are usually overpriced. If you can use the points against the card balance, and just buy the reward that appeals to you, you will normally be ahead of the game.

Garmin DriveSmart 65 & Traffic - but my eyes are not as good as they used to be.
