Error running Garmin Gstart

I am trying to load a POI to my nuvi 660 but after attaching my nuvi to my computer I have to manually run the Gstart program but it does not recognize my the GPS here is a link to the error message http://www.lousrods.com/new_page_1.htm

The nuvi is visable in windows explorer

Result with Gstart is typical

The problem you experienced is typical. You do not need to use Gstart to use POI Loader.

I think I got it but need help with icons

Thanks. I just loaded my first POI and I loaded an icon renaming it to match the .csv file and I don't see any results does this show me an icon for each location of this POI which was for walmarts?

you should get the icon at each walmart location.

Try zooming in to the 300ft level or closer.

Still not working

I zoomed down to 300ft level and no icon. A friend found out I have a new GPS so guess what yeap you guessed it he had to borrow it so it will be a day or two before I can try it again.
