Just got a new RV660, and it has map 2015.40 on it. Tried using Garman Express to update and no new maps for it. Email Garman Tech Support and got this as a response.

I apologize that I forget something with all RV units and Garmin Express. At this time, we have turned off the ability to have those devices update due to routing issues with the current map version. The technical people said it will be fixed in the next month or two when the next map version is released.

So for now I have a worthless RV660 that can't be updated.
