Mis-use of data

I have tried to find some guidance on the site about the appropriate use of data, namely dealing with someone who has taken my data from my website and posted it here. I can tell it's my data for the coordinates match exactly out to 6 decimal places and I always pick my own unique coordinates. Is there any recourse?
Thanks, Ted

Can't figure out how to reply to a post here, so all I can do is edit this.

Sarcasm? I intentionally did not mention the file because I was asking a general question and did not want to start a war over something that may be trivial. The poster of the list did not take my complete data and post it, but only used some of my data in his file. I was trying to handle this in a civil manner.

Use the contact form at http://www.poi-factory.com/about and Jon will look into it and get back to you. Nice of you not to post the name of the file so POI Factory can resolve the problem.
