New York State to Introduce Net Neutrality Bill

New York State is planning to craft its own net neutrality law in the wake of the FCC's repeal of the popular rules. New York State Attorney General Eric Schneiderman is already conducting an investigation into the millions of bogus comments filed in support of the repeal; an investigation the FCC is refusing to cooperate with. Schneiderman is also leading a looming multi-state lawsuit against the FCC in the hopes of scuttling the FCC's repeal. But the state is also now cooking up its own net neutrality law in case that lawsuit fails to pay dividends.
