I just purchase a 2015 Jeep and would like to transfer nuvi 65 address to jeep Garmin, but don't know how?

If by address you mean "Waypoints" if the GPS in the Jeep is anything like in my Garmin based GPS in my car it is not an easy thing to do.
Edit: Oct 6th, STRIKE the German website, it has ceased to funtion.
I have to jump through hoops to do so including using a German website in German to convert the waypoints to a DB3 format.
Nuvi 2797LMT, DriveSmart 50 LMT-HD, Using Windows 10. DashCam A108C with GPS.
