Yeah here we go again, two different laptops. Update via GE end in failure. Now downloading file direct from Garmin.

Just installed the downloaded file, "Sucessfuly installed"

Down loaded and installed with no problems, can't see any obvious changes yet.

Strange; it took three download attempts before it installed successfully. That has never happened to me before.

Finally released the PC release notes:

Fixed a failure that would occur when attempting to reinstall a CourseView map.

Other minor bug fixes and improvements.

Updated from 5.4.2

This one installed (or so it said). The first few times when I tried to start it I get "unable to connect to background service and will close."
Waited about 5 minutes and gave it one last try. Opened and appears to be working fine now.
