Time to get rid of the political TV ads to make room for the Christmas commercials.

Get out and vote today. No matter who you feel should be in office vote. It's one of the most important rights we have has Americans.

now its just about over " elections " maybe the phone calls and tv adds will just end peace will return . this was the worst election ever with the worst selections ever !!

It was nice to see a team win the championship and the city have a big thing with no looting or violence. Makes you think there is still hope in todays world.

Preparing for what has become an annual job for me. I'll be driving one of the hundreds of charter buses that will converge on Indianapolis this week for the Bands of America Grand Nationals. It will be quite busy around the Lucas Oil Stadium until Saturday night. Sunday we all head out for home. I'll be in a group of 6 buses coming from Oklahoma...and, my company has two or three other charters that size coming from Oklahoma as well. This is my second year of driving this particular school ... and, my third year of driving to Indianapolis for the competition.

As always I put my trip to together on TripMaker. That gets all the stops on my gps...and, I can scramble them into any order in need on the fly.

I got out to vote today, and dealt with an overflowing parking lot and a line around the building. Met all the neighbors on a nice day, and was out in 50 minutes.

Why yes, I did vote. There was no wait time, but then I might have beaten the evening rush.

... watching the election returns with my wife, son, daughter, son-in-law and grandson tonight. Will it be a long night or short night before we know? I bought a bunch of beer and popcorn. Depending on the results, I may need to go get more beer! (maybe we need an emoji/smiley for "crying in your beer"? ... hope not!)

I walked into the booth looked at the ballot, held my nose then nearly puked but got the job done.
