POI Factory 10th Anniversary

Today is a special day for the POI Factory community. September 29th marks ten years since the first user account was registered by a visitor, back in 2006.

Since then, many more people have joined; and together we’ve grown a community that’s delightfully friendly and helpful.

What makes POI Factory a special place? It’s the people.

I’m always impressed by the time and talent that so many of you are sharing here. We have a lot of nice people who care, and I’m very happy to be a part of this.

Thank you all for helping POI Factory reach this milestone.

Great accomplishment.

While most other GPS enthusiast forums are in decline, POI Factory continues to grow strong and relevant after 10 years. POI Factory has the right balance of useful content and social friendship networking. Congratulations to JM and the entire POI Factory community for 10 successful years.

I am Glad to be Part of the Family...

Been here for 9 years 30 weeks, so I guess that means that I joined within the 1st year of POI Factory opening.. Doesn't seem that long! Been having a great time here and everyone here is Great to talk to, So many helpful and friendly folks on this site..

I stumbled upon this fantastic site over seven years ago and have been learning new stuff consistently. Thanks to JM (and Miss POI) for all of the hard work that they do for the Factory. Also, a big thank you to everyone that contributes to this site on a daily basis. The folks here are the greatest. Here's to another 10 years!

I joined POI-Factory nine

I joined POI-Factory nine and half years ago when I bought my first Garmin and this site was pretty young at that time. This site is life line for my Garmin units. Great members who always go above and beyond to help you.
